More to know: Since returning from injury in Week 14, quarterback Sam Darnold has helped the Jets offense to their two best third-down conversion percentages this season. At BUF (12/9), the Jets converted six-of-13 attempts (46.2%), while they registered first downs on nine-of-17 chances (52.9%) vs. HST (12/15). In that span, the Jets are tied for first in the league in third-down percentage (50.0%) and their 15 conversions rank as the most in the league.Since returning, Darnold has registered a 106.3 passer rating on third/fourth down, the fourth best in the league among qualified passers and has accounted for 13 of the team’s 15 successful third-down conversions (10 passing and three rushing), the most of any quarterback. … For the second consecutive season, the New York Jets will be inducting five fans into the New York Jets Fan Hall of Fame during Sunday’s game against the Packers.
